“I battled my weight my entire life. At 20 I began only eating 300-400 calories per day thinking I was doing something good for my health. After nearly fainting in class several times I realized I was doing something wrong. I began eating very well and working out to reach my lowest weight of 189. I then struggled through anxiety attacks, anxiety medication and a couple terrible break ups and ended up back at my highest weight! This January, I decided to start my final weight loss journey- a lifestyle, not a diet. A healthy life, not a quick fix. I still have a way to go but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come!” – @thinnyeverafter
